Customer Profile: Dominion Data Processing, Inc.
Dominion Data Processing required direct mail data processing expertise in order to help plan and implement replacement technologies for existing mainframe-based tools. We researched existing solutions, and helped recommend a final solution. This solution required a re-tuning of Dominion's existing work flow. Following on-site assessments and personnel interviews, a final work flow was designed, recommended, implemented, and personnel were trained in the use of the new systems.

Customer Profile: Advantage Direct
Advantage Direct required bulk emailing services for its member database. This challenge required an email delivery solution that can provide a rapid transformation from approved copy to HTML-formatted email. We researched various "off-the-shelf" solutions and recommended a system. After this system was implemented, we provided an email tracking module which integrated with their member database.
